Decided to try the h&r block near me and I was connected with Hilda "Chicky" Gardener. Chicky is very good. She knows her stuff. She took what I thought was going to be an incredibly hard process and made it seem fairly simple. I would definitely recommend Chicky to anyone, but especially people with complicated returns. I will be back next year and I hope to get Chicky again. She makes things seem easy. I highly recommend this h&r block.
I've been going to HR Block since 2003, this year I tried filing online and had one issue I couldn't figure out to properly submit. So when I called you the office I was told I couldn't be given advice on the phone and would have to come in, so I swung by to check availability and was laughed at by the receptionist for who knows what. When I came back for my appointment the lady (really wish I remembered her name) was beyond rude and obviously didn't know much about how to do her job, even less about customer service.
