Absolutely would recommend going anywhere but h&r block especially this location. Alex is very unprofessional refused to listen to the issues I was having and would hang up on me. They messed up my taxes and I’ve had to go back 6 times! Everytime I go they say they don’t know what to do like it’s there first day on the job. Please save ur self the issues and headaches and avoid h&r block at all cost. And Alex if ur reading this you need to do better at ur job and learn respect and hearing out customer issues. It seems like it costs a lot of money for two seniors to do their taxes here. They need to be a little more upfront about their fees if they are going to charge $369 to do two people's taxes. It just doesn't seem right. 🤷🏼♀️
