This is the second time I have filed with H&R Block with Angela. I brought my parents this time to file together and despite the language barrier, Angela was extremely patient and willing to answer all of my parents questions in great detail. She takes her time to explain everything to us and show us how everything this is calculated. Good accounting service but the receptionist lady at this location seems very rude and unfriendly.
I was helped by Cindy van Koll at this location. Let me tell you about her amazing ability to calm a nervous wreck the F down. I received a letter from CRA questioning a deduction on my income tax return and was given a time limit to reply. I went into her office all flustered, confused and anxious. Anyhow her demeanour and attitude eased my mind. My issue was quickly resolved and I got an update on what was done to fix my situation via an e-mail and a phone call. Truly grateful for her help.
