Initially told me $89 to do My taxes charged me two hundred and forty. Did not explain to me that if I had the funds loaded on to their credit card. It was gonna cost me a additional $30. Highly unprofessional never go there again.

I was very impressed with Janice Lindgren's expertise. She went over and above basic customer service. Best of all, she was very responsive so tax returns were prepared and filed quickly.
I will never go to hr block in airway heights. Because they don’t help people out .. greedy workers 🤮
