I have been a long time customer of H&R Block, I enjoy the many options for tax prep, upfront pricing and peace of mind provided over the years. This season I have a concern about not getting my full refund deposited. I contacted my tax prep pro to help me understand, it could be an error in my numbers, but have yet to get any response. Initially told me $89 to do My taxes charged me two hundred and forty. Did not explain to me that if I had the funds loaded on to their credit card. It was gonna cost me a additional $30. Highly unprofessional never go there again.
