When my husband and I first moved to Spokane we were hesitant on going to H&R Block, but when we met with Sharee she was very kind, professional, and welcoming. She walked us through the whole process and answered any questions we had without making us feel as if we were bothering her! Now we've been going to her for three years because she's that amazing and each year she remembers us and welcomes us by name. Over all she's an amazing woman and we are gonna continue to go through her.
