I had my tax appointment with Zina and she was phenomenal. Patient, accommodating with my stress, and helped me navigate the new tax laws on the great bill despite it being new for both of us. We ran into an issue where an employee had not provided me adequate information to file my taxes and she offered to work outside of the range of her schedule to help me get my taxes filed as soon as possible. She was professional, trustworthy, and kind. I will be going back to her
Aurora Belarmino was wonderful! She helped me to address a very difficult issue involving my taxes and walked me through every step of the way. Highly recommend!
The level of service and follow through here is horrible. I had to contact them multiple times for status on my returns, and they delayed my filing multiple times. Ultimately, I had to go to Block Advisors on 41st which was just as bad Aurora at the Mission location was scattered and made multiple mistakes. At one point, in a 15 minute period.
