The level of service and follow through here is horrible. I had to contact them multiple times for status on my returns, and they delayed my filing multiple times. Ultimately, I had to go to Block Advisors on 41st which was just as bad Aurora at the Mission location was scattered and made multiple mistakes. At one point, in a 15 minute period. It was a pleasure working with John. He was very thorough and patient with all of our complicated paperwork. We both left with a feeling of relief knowing a true professional had taken care of us this year. We will continue to come back to John every year moving forward.
