Super helpful and very kind and patient. Considering the fact I messed up and needed a form which caused us to have to wait over an hour to finish, which was my fault, but the lady was super nice.

Price is kinda high.
Worse service. I bought Peace of Mind and I still haven't received my refund. So much for the extra service I bought.
