They NEVER answer the phone. In the last month, I have called over 10 times and left multiple messages. I have not received an email or call back. Every time I call during office hours, they don’t pick up. I even tried calling multiple times in a row and still nothing. I understand that tax season is a busy time, but this seems ridiculous. If anyone is reading this, please call me back so I can do my taxes!!!!!!!
Took one month+ to do my taxes. Multiple calls not returned. Tried to charge me a second time for my return from two years back. No apologies.
