Worst place ever to get your taxes done at it took them 3 days to do my taxes and they messed them up so bad I am still trying to figure out what they did wrong and fix it and get the right stuff done! They hire people who have no clue what they are doing. So mad and upset with this place they will never get my business again once I’m done with them!
I have been trying to find out what the additional income is on my 2022 return is for. This was brought to my attention by Revenue Canada for surviver benefits. There aren’t income slips of any kind for the amount recorded. I have been given a deadline by Rev Can but no one returns my calls. I paid a huge chunk of change to have 2 years of taxes done do to the loss of my husband. Now to find out that this mistake can effect not only surviver benefits but my pension as well. I used to have great service here, the last few years have been horible this year they filed my return wrong turns out I owe them money after already receiving my return, they changed my address which would of screwed up everything at the end of the year and told me that it will "balance itself out" whatever that means. Stay away from here.
Please READ this before you decide to walk in to their office! Greeted well, Agent started on time, but their main job i.e., tax filing - ZERO expertize and ZERO knowledge. It is as good as paying a data entry clerk around $250 for filing your tax return. Agent was extremely unsure and had absolute no knowledge about the basic line items in the tax refund.
