Have an appointment in the morning and I came in on time, the door was locked and no one is inside during the business hours, terrible.
This year's experience was terrible, with high price and unprofessional help. Experience in previous years with H&R Block was great, but unfortunately our tax preparer retired.
Robert at the Magnolia Branch was very helpful, kind, and thorough, thanks for helping us with our taxes!
I called this branch 2 days ago and this lady insisted I give her my social security number on the phone even though I was very uncomfortable with that, she said there is absolutely no way to even start an account if I don't want to give it to her so i did. then she told me the system is down and she will call me right back. nothing. i called back 5 times during their work hours, no one picked up. great. well i hope my identify doesn't get stolen and if it does, it's from your end 100%. extremely unprofessional dealing with ... read more
