I got my taxes done at this location by Usha for the third year in a row. I specifically ask for her by name because she is amazing. She is prompt, thorough, accurate, and incredibly knowledgable. Not only can I trust her with my complicated set of taxes, but she is incredibly sweet and friendly. I feel like I lucked out finding her and this office. I highly recommend her.
My Parents went to have their taxes done this year and they were completely ripped off. The person helping them changed the numbers that she filed compared to the ones she gave us. As we couldn't physically go in the store and meet with (due to COVID) we only realized this after we paid. When we called her back to figure out what she had done she couldn't tell us why the numbers were so drastically different. 100% do not recommend H&R Block. Horrible experience all around-was told how much my taxes would cost and then she turned around and ADDED 800 dollars and she couldn't explain how she came to this numbers. Do not recommend at all
