Will not return to this location again. For a very basic tax return, they charge $225!! The man at the counter was very professional , but the lady who did my taxes was so cold in person. She barely said more than 10 words to me and didn't smile once. I chose this location because it was convenient, but will find another location to go to next year.
Don’t go every H&r block too expensive, they add each paper costed , my son’s just 20.000$ income want to charge 650$ 🤣🤣

Tax office will not provide my filed tax forms to me in a timely fashion. They are stating it will take 8 days to give me a copy of my tax forms already submitted (total of 16 pages). I paid for the service already, my mistake. They would not provide a phone number of a manager for me to call. Very rude and they just don't care. Keep far away if you don't want issues with the CRA.
