Left us twisting in the wind. Revenue sent followup correspondence: I emailed Roya to ask what to do next and she said (in writing) that she's too busy to help me understand what's going on or respond, and maybe I could just call CRA and try to figure it out myself. Not her job, as my tax preparer, to assist with CRA demands generated by *her* filing. Caveat emptor.Ā

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are difficult to work with, rude, and unorganized. They will tell you one thing and then change their minds and tell you something else. I was told when I did my taxes because I did three years at once and couldnāt afford to pay for it all at once- so when I did this I was told I could come in ANYTIME after to pay. I specifically asked if it takes me a few months if thatās okay and I was told it would be fine. Now I go to pay off the last of it and they tell me itās been to...Ā read more
Avoid coming to this place. They filled out my taxes in a wrong way and after I asked to cancel made me come in person the same day just to inform me they cannot do anything about it. Terrible costumer service and way of workĀ
