Left us twisting in the wind. Revenue sent followup correspondence: I emailed Roya to ask what to do next and she said (in writing) that she's too busy to help me understand what's going on or respond, and maybe I could just call CRA and try to figure it out myself. Not her job, as my tax preparer, to assist with CRA demands generated by *her* filing. Caveat emptor.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are difficult to work with, rude, and unorganized. They will tell you one thing and then change their minds and tell you something else. I was told when I did my taxes because I did three years at once and couldn’t afford to pay for it all at once- so when I did this I was told I could come in ANYTIME after to pay. Avoid coming to this place. They filled out my taxes in a wrong way and after I asked to cancel made me come in person the same day just to inform me they cannot do anything about it. Terrible costumer service and way of work
Teresa has been doing my husband's and my tax filing for a few years. She is a JOY to talk to and also very professional at the same time. Thank you, Teresa! We will come back for the next year for sure.
