I went to H&R Block this morning to get my senior father‘s taxes done for him. I had a very negative experience - almost brought to tears. Roya was extremely rude and abrupt with me. Most unfriendly. I’ve been going there for three years and will never go back to the Lonsdale branch. I paid $250 for 9 minutes with her and she treated me with total disrespect! Would not recommend getting your taxes done there!

I did my personal tax with Salih. He is very knowledgeable and very helpful with my questions. Highly recommended
