Dont even waist your time, they take forever they are slow and keep hanging up on you. Go to another location. I've been waiting for too long for someone to contact me and I can't get in contact with them to cancel my claims
David has been amazing, 5 years of having my taxes prepared by him. This year I actually got to sit down with him and go over them. It was fascinating to go over and learn more about how the process works. H&R block staff is always patient, and service is always great. Thanks everyone!
Getting worse with time. Telling you one day for you basic taxes, taking 4. Only the card is available, they don't tell you that till your signing the paper though. Don't forget that monthly fee for that card.The older lady there is very rude. Maybe she needs a vacation, or a new line of work. Even asking a simple question gets you attitude. Take your papers elsewhere. I learned to do my own and now you convinced my mom let me do hers because of the cards.
