I am loathe to even give this company one star. 3 years in a row they have effed up our return. The last 2 years were such a fiasco we got most of our fees refunded by district managers. This year was no exception. Jose Diaz Hernandez might call himself a tax professional but he made an epic mess. Did my taxes here recently. Christine was beyond helpful. She was very informative, skilled, and kind. She was able to help me get a tax return this year, as opposed to last year which another tax office didn't communicate or help so much. I heavily recommend her at this H&R Block office.

We have gone to H and R Block on Vine St in Kissimmee for several years. We always have Christine Tyriver as our tax preparer. She is outstanding, very knowledgable and professional. She gives us good advice, and we highly recommend her.

Made an appointment and didn’t get called for over an hour after that. Terrible customer service, the front desk receptionist is nasty, everyone - go to a different location. I didn’t even see the tax pro I was assigned in my confirmation email
