Had my taxes prepared at this Kissimmee location and upon entering for my assigned appointment day front desk couldn't verify my appointment in their system with my regular tax agent Elena which I learned she retired. Upon listening to our conversation tax agent Melissa Botia greeted me with all smiles and offered to assist with the paperwork.
