My wife and I decided to try going to a tax pro this year since we're newly married and didn't want to mess up filing together. Ritu assisted us and was extremely helpful. She was fast & professional and made this years taxes the easiest we've had yet, with a great refund. We will definitely be back next year.
Ritu was amazing to work with. I was in and out in less than an hour. She was friendly, personable, warm. It was the 1st time I was handling my own taxes my mother would always do it for me, but she made my first experience perfect. Doing taxes can be stressful but she took all the stress out of it for me. I will definitely be back to work with her.
This place told me what I was getting back from my taxes and I did not get that back! They charged me extra when I called the office the woman who answered said she would have a regional manager call me back. This was 3 days ago no phone call from anyone!! Horrible place!!!
Janet Gilmore is exceptional! So glad I've gone to her for over 10 years. Need more people like her!
