I dont usually complain but I dropped off our taxes to be filed and haven't gotten any calls. I dropped it off more then 3 weeks..
I had a rough start at this location with a consultant whose name I have forgotten and never want to see again, but Marion rebooked an appointment for me after hours with her to make sure my taxes were done on time and properly. Gary, Marion, and Bryanne are AMAZING! I highly recommend this location for anybody inquiring.
We made an appointment in late March but we got the date wrong. Instead of turning us away the secretary did everything she could to get us in so we didn't have to drive all the way home. We traveled from Hagersville in rotten weather so what a relief. Thank you sincerely to Rianne and Maryanne.
Wish I could give 0 stars. My husband was ignored by three staff members for 5-10 minutes as they conversed. He finally said hello to one of the team members and she said “I can see you” then proceeded to chat. When he finally got some assistance they claimed not to do walk ins, even though the email we received encouraged walk ins and the sign promotes them. Horrible customer service, will be trying at a different office.
