I made an appointment a week in advance, arrived on time and my supposed ‘expert’ arrived 20 mins late and then informed me that they didn’t have the right tools to actually file my taxes that day. She first tried to convince me that I had booked the online service which very clearly I hadn’t (appt email for evidence) and then when that didn’t resonate, she suggested I reschedule my appt to the following week.
