Sent my tax refund to the wrong account. Took $500 out of my regular bank account. Everything their finance department does is confusing, takes forever, and leaves you completely broke and stranded. If you don't want to have all the money drained out of your regular bank account and be left stranded without food or gas in the middle of nowhere, don't associate with h&r block.

Incompetent, slow and rude at the Jasper Alabama location. I had to educate our tax consultant how to do our taxes correctly and then when questioned the $345 fee to do a simple standard deduction tax return was met with a rude and aggressive consultant by the name of Rosa Argo.
