I had an appointment with Syed Ali at 8:00 PM. I got there five minutes early and noticed no one was at the front desk. I heard two agents talking nearby and approached them and let them know I had an appointment at 8:00 and that is also when I told them. They gave the agent a call and another agent came into the building, telling me “he’ll be with you shortly”. Turns out they both were outside working on a car; the hood was popped open.
