Doris was excellent. We needed two appointments and she remembered small details about me from the previous appointment even though she had had several clients between us. She is professional yet kind and down to earth. I even made my appointment for next year.

I came to H&R Block referred to Frank by family members. Frank did my taxes and was very rude when I tried to have small talk with him he ignored me when I tried to explain to him my overtime he ignored me and told me no this is what it is when it was all said and done he told me I was only getting back $200. Crooks. Absolute crooks. Zero stars. Came in on Saturday with all my forms, they quoted me around $200 to do my taxes.. which I thought was rather high since they advertise $80 for basic taxes. They guaranteed that they would have it done by Tax Day (2 days away from this point) that I do not have to file for an extension and I have nothing to worry about.
