Crooks. Absolute crooks. Zero stars. Came in on Saturday with all my forms, they quoted me around $200 to do my taxes.. which I thought was rather high since they advertise $80 for basic taxes. They guaranteed that they would have it done by Tax Day (2 days away from this point) that I do not have to file for an extension and I have nothing to worry about. Called twice no answer, drove up there and no one even bothered to acknowledge that I was standing at the counter for over 11 mins. They all were probably helping a customer or on the phone but also someone could have said hello or we’re too busy to help you, can you come back. That easy.
They over charged me last yr. Big time ripoff. Especially, mistakes getting more from state and city. I found a place only 120 instead of 340.! Shop around. Trust me
