Very courteous.
Never again. Like so many other businesses, if you don't show up on time, they will be happy to move on to the next customer. If the business makes YOU wait, that's okay, just sit and be patient. 3rd year in a row I had to sit and wait. In the time time it takes to sign all the paperwork, I could have had all of this done on TurboTax. I save nothing using H&R Block and I actually end up paying more. I was running late on the 15th and without a doubt I was still able to get squeezed in last min. They did an amazing job and also gave me helpful advice
