if i could give 0 stars i would! i have been waiting for my funds from h&r block for a week and a bit. they should’ve been put on my advantage card, but they would not. they instead have said they’ll send a cheque, but at the last contact i had with the manager, they hadn’t even begun the process to issue the funds. very poor service from the front desk of this location as well :(
Horrible service horrible new system
Tax specialist was great, I had way too much paperwork for taxes this year and I couldn't do it alone. Even caught something from 6 years ago and got it all sorted out. The receptionist though, good with customers, very flustered with more than one person talking to her ( customers, and employees) was very spicy and almost hostile with other employees.
