I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS LOCATION. if I could give them 10 🌟's I would. This was the first time in that location. I was in and out within 30 to 45 minutes. The 3 ladies there were so welcoming with me. The front desk lady is such a doll, she is sooo sweet. Didn't get a refund but that's ok. At least I didn't have to pay.
I had a great experience with my tax professional, Lili Xiao. She was kind and really understood my concerns. Lilly took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, showing real empathy for my situation. Her caring approach made the tax process much less stressful for me. I highly recommend Lilly to anyone looking for a thoughtful and knowledgeable tax professional.
They did a awesome job got my stuff done quick and easy also very friendly staff :)
