My experience at H&R Block was okay overall, but the process felt confusing due to a lack of communication. During my appointment, I was left alone in the cubicle for about 8–10 minutes without any explanation of what was happening. While waiting, I gathered my own documents (which I had brought with me) and placed them back in my envelope, assuming the appointment was wrapping up.
