Myv1st time at this H&R location amd I was exceptionally satisfied. Hiram Burgos went above and beyond explaining and detailing my tax return. He told me a few things that weren't explained to me before. Kudos to Hiram and the receptionist who was super friendly. You need that when you walk into an office. I will come back and I will recommend this H&R office.☆☆☆☆☆
I wouldn’t recommend going to this location. Hirum who has 11 years experience messed my taxes up not once not twice but three times. He ended up having me charged 3,000 dollars for my tax return in total. The place is just garbage. Save your money and go somewhere else.
Make sure if you had your taxes filed with H R BLOCK the previous year and paid a certain amount and everything on your taxes are exactly the same this filing year. Don't assume that your will be paying the same amount. My taxes went from $140 to $240. Find out first because they don't advertise this increase anywhere.
