I first had my 2022 taxes done here and it went fine, not great but fine. The next year I came back for 2023 taxes and it was awful. The previous person had left and I was assigned a person who totally shirked. As soon as I uploaded my files, she informed me that she'd be out for a week. No recourse, no response to my questions, no concern for a deadline. When she got back she took a 3 weeks to do them. I didn’t have my taxes done here but I made the appointment for it. I set up my appointment on a Friday to go in the following Wednesday to have my taxes done…On Monday the receptionist called and left a VM to confirm,Same, Monday afternoon I called and spoke with someone to confirm and they said we’ll see you then.
