Been going to these guys for years, they make things so easy, they are really friendly and fast, 100% recommended… plus I get my haircut right across the street at Retro. (best in town).
I filed my tax on 3/27, today is 6/4, I haven't received my tax refund, I got a letter on 4/9, I took it to their office, they said I should call them, I asked them to call for me, they said I gave to pay 40 dollars for the call. I paid 390 dollars for them to help me, I ended up going to another company trying to get this solve, up till this moment, such a disappointment working with them, I thought I had found a good company to help me.
Awful awful.. I was assigned a tax accountant I showed her my IRS tax check which was over $1,000 to make sure it was correct she said yes you can cash it. But tried to charge me $572 for 2024 amendment and an additional $572 for filing a regular filing for 2025..it just so happened to be the amount of my refund check I had received from a prior year ,oddly enough ...!. I mentioned that the tax pro who is now retired , only charged me $200 for the amendment which was much more extensive than the one I have to file now . Eliz... read more
