Life long customer and Service got worse every year, this Fergus falls agency messed up my return and it has taken months to get it straightened out as it also flagged and held up one of my fiancé's returns as well. We are both still waiting for our return here going into July to find out mine after correction was almost $2,000 less than what they originally filed. They charged me $840 to file in feb. and did not and will not credit anything back to me for their mess up and mistake, only got a " oops sorrrry". Stay far away!... read more

I filled my taxes almost 4 weeks ago and I have called he block in Fergus 4 times and they told me after they took my money that they can’t do anything for me if I was y’all out ther don’t not go to hrblock ever because they will rip you off take your money and not care there are services out there that you can do for free so please people do not support these hacks
