Mr Rene Cooper provided excellent customer service and answered all our questions with his expertise. We would definitely come back and get our taxes prepared by him again. he also has a great sense of humor and made us feel very comfortable and confident in our tax decisions.

I called for an appointment for April 25, but the office was closed. The lady that gave me appointment knew they would be closed. So why would she give appointment knowing the office would be closed.
