First, I want to say my tax advisor (Robin) was great. Too bad she is with H&R Block. Do NOT go here unless you have a ton of money to blow. Or complicated taxes. I uploaded all the documents myself and still was charged $75 per document. So disappointed.
Efficient, never a problem filing. Personnel are friendly and courteous. Appointments scheduling can be a circus. Be prepared to sit and wait.
