She is fully qualified, as she is an Enrolled Agent, having successfully passed a 3-part comprehensive test administered by the I.R.S. and can therefore represent taxpayers before that group. I never ever give 5-stars for any survey, but I have to 5***** to the H&R Block in Exeter NH! From the second we entered the office and met Kathy at the front desk, we knew we would be well taken care of! Our tax preparer Joan Raczy is a consummate professional and gave us the best advice.
