I do not recommend Deana Conger. Not only her, but I have lost trust in the entire H&R Block company. She doesn’t even know the difference between a Roth IRA and a Traditional IRA AT ALL!! I don’t understand how she’s helping other people file their taxes. People pay $400 to come to an office for a reason, but this was not professional at all. Anyone who filed their taxes through this office should double-check them. They may have been ripped off. Thanks for wasting our time and money.
