Don’t do it. They are trash. We paid for or refund. Waited a week. Then called to ask about how long the refund would come back. They told me that they never sent it, that we didn’t pay and sign. 🤔 this place is not professional. They are absolutely garbage
This is for H&R Block on Douglas Ave, in Roseville. My tax preparer was ok, but not very knowledgeable. She hardly had any preparation to do, but charged me over $500.00. They are becoming very expensive now. While there, I had an encounter with one of the tax preparers named “Tina.” I cannot express how rude and unprofessional she was with me. Incredibly harsh while speaking with me. This was a very unfortunate event I had today at H&R Block. I will not be back. I hope I will find somewhere better to do my taxes next year. ... read more

We made an early appointment, and within an hour our taxes were done. I thought we'd have to leave our papers and come back another time. And we were very impressed The person who helped us. I will definitely go back for my tax issues in the future.
