I talked to a “tax expert” about getting a notice of final assessment for my LLC with estimated delinquency of $2400. I asked him if I can get out of it since I had no sales last year and I am just late filing taxes and he said no. Then I just asked chatgpt and it turns you just to have pay a late fee of $50 and the delinquency estimate will go away. Definitely do not recommend this place.
