I want also to give Credit to Miss Sue for taking extra effort to walk me throughout my tax refund processing. Thank you so much .. 100 💯 percent recommended.
Sue is one of the most friendly, helpful, and kind people I have ever met. My family tells me my taxes are simple and to do them online but then I wouldn't get to talk to Sue. She has gotten me back more money each year than I ever have on my own. I hope the company pays Sue well, because I'm certain she brings in bank for them.
I’m on aish I paid $80 to file my taxes last year here now it’s $116 just to get it done
This office has done our taxes for four years straight now and they are good.Just one thing, maybe you could ask and see how the receptionist (Old, blonde, lady) is feeling. Maybe she needs emotional support.I have a few interactions with her in person and over the phone and she seems not very helpful.She is grumpy and if you ask questions she will always say 'I don't know".The other staff that assists us was was very engaging and really wants to help.Just for a customer point of view maybe she needs to smile, go above and b... read more
