Vida Shadi as a 29 year tax preparation professional gladly charged a fee to file an extension for a client without telling them filing an extension does not preclude paying a tax liability past April 15th without incurring penalties & late fees up to 25%. This is gross incompetence or willful ignorance on her part as a fiduciary to perform her job. She had no problem collecting a fee to take the client on.
