Payed for a service to file some old taxes, it was done incorrectly which they did not catch in time causing me to lose out on my refund. Then ignored repeated attempts to try and reach out to fix it. Find a different company to help with your accounting needs. Should refund my money back for the service

Filed my taxes incorrectly. Then ignored repeated attempts to try and reach out to fix it. Someone finally says they fix it, and more time and repeated attempts to reach out being completely neglected. Find a different company to help with your accounting needs.
Recommend by my bosses wife only to get the complete run around.. couldn’t find my tax stuff two different times I went to pick it up for being tired of waiting on no one to get back with me. They never even looked at them and I had to find someone else last minute(very stressful ) Third time same day they finally found them .. I will never waste time with them ever again!!! Sad communication on the part of All the staff.. think twice in this place
