Last week (03/24/25), I walked in with the hopes of getting my tax return filed and left feeling discriminated against. Prior to my visit, I completed the HR Block online document checklist to see what I needed to bring. Near the top of the list, it stated that I would need my Social Security number (not the card). This place is a joke! We came here 6 weeks ago to complete our business taxes and they said we have plenty of time to get it done even though i wanted to complete when i first came in. Now its one day before due date and my tax preparer changed my appointments 3 times a week before due date and now they do not pick up. If you are overbooked do not ruin or waste other peoples life. 3rd year and last year with hr block
The drop off service is a nightmare. Nothing is done for near one month since we dropped the tax documents off.
