Rushed, offered little to no advise. Appointment was set via a call to me because their on-line appointment scheduler allowed me to schedule an appointment at an office that is closed during the off season. Told the scheduler my needs, they were a surprise to Ruth, our agent. Arrived 15 minutes early and before she could give us the quote she was vocally expressing her concerns about being available for her next appointment, an hour and 15 minutes off. We felt like we were a burden to her. I will never use them again.
Writing this review from the parking lot during office hours. Only open 3 days a week!!!! and they can't even show up at the time they have posted on the door
Ernest at the Flowery Branch location is amazing, would recommend him to any one.
Paid $375 for our tax documents to be incorrectly filed by “an expert.” My husband called to complain that the amount they told us we would be receiving was off by over $1000 and that we wanted a refund because that was a huge amount to be off by. Was asked why we should receive a refund for this when their own policy is ‘100% Accuracy Guarantee.’ After debate, was told we would get a refund the next week because their employee did indeed mess up our filing.
