I called about a month ago to ensure I’d be able to have my taxes filed on my behalf since I am overseas, and the agent told me it could be done since I already had a signature on file and have filed there in the past. When my mom went in to file for me, they wouldn’t honour what they said they’d do, and when I called back to see what happened, they were rude, short, and sarcastic on the phone, hung up on me and refused to send me a document I could electronically sign.
