I called to talk about a letter I got from the CRA and to ask if it might be worth it to have H&R do my taxes this year. Ive never used anyone in the past. The guy made it quite clear he wasn't interested in my business - very dismissive to point of being condescending. Didn't encourage me to come in, and in fact, made me feel uncomfortable about doing so. I won't be using them....EVER.
Went to see about getting my dad taxes done who resently passed away ..The Guy on Saturday reaked of alcohol and was extremely rude. Needless to say I told him and he got completely agitated and followed me outside ?
