Disgusting service, have used h&r block for the past 4 years and honestly this one experience here has turned me off using them again.
I am an Uber Eats driver. I earned less $ 18000 from 2021-2022. I went to this branch and was charged $254 ( after using Uber 25% discount reward voucher ) for filing non-lodgement advice. For sure I will never go back again.
Good service. However, $200 for an individual tax return to be done is a bit over the top. I think I will be going somewhere else next year as I found another account can do it for half of that price.
Clueless.
