Came into to the Stones Corner branch to get some questions answered regarding my income tax. The accountant wasn't interested in answering the questions that I had come into ask a professional accountant about. I also had paperwork I wanted them to look at, and again not interested. Got told to talk to my payroll at work, which made zero sense to me. They just wanted to get me in and out and collect their fee.
