By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever been part of. This location gave mine and my wife's T4 slips to another customer and gave theirs to us. We,multiple times told the "tax professional" that he had the wrong files and that it was not ours. He went on to ask for our drivers license and asked if we had moved as the address did not match? At that time, again we told him he had the wrong file and that the files he had were not for my wife or myself. He then went on to delete the other customers name ... read more
Paid $475 for "senior tax professional", Sharon's services. I was handed a calculator and had to do the work myself. No breakdown of the $475 "tax preparation" cost. Don't go here. Do your taxes online by yourselves unless you want to do the jobs of the workers for them.
