Paid $475 for "senior tax professional", Sharon's services. I was handed a calculator and had to do the work myself. No breakdown of the $475 "tax preparation" cost. Don't go here. Do your taxes online by yourselves unless you want to do the jobs of the workers for them.

They were able to do multiple years for me. I worked with one worker a few months ago for my '22 a few months ago and she was able to process it quick for the situation. As of today did some back taxes and they were able to efficiently get everything I needed. Much appreciated to this branch of H&R. Highly recommend coming here if looking for your taxes to be finished up.
