I had a very frustrating experience at this location of H and R Block. There was poor communication and almost no call backs with updates. We came by at our appointment time and were told we had to reschedule. Days went by, many phone calls. Stopped back in to pick up our taxes (we were told they were done) and they weren’t done. We had to come back a third time. We will not be returning to this location.
Upma Kumar seriously went above and beyond. I was a walk-in, she took me immediately, and treated me with the utmost care. You made tax season a breeze. Thanks so much for showing me the kindness that you did today.
