Personable, knowledgeable. We definitely recommend Kwai Mei.
Kwai Mei was the absolute best. She was able to take me earlier than the scheduled time. She made me feel comfortable, explained everything as she went and was a delight to spend an hour with. Reception was friendly and professional.
The rep had no idea how to handle my situation, couldn't or wouldn't ask anyone else about how to handle it and said I should ask my former employer how to handle this. What?! I highly recommend that if you want your taxes to be done quickly and efficiently go anywhere else. I went to Tax Filers across the street and was in and out quickly with Margie who knew exactly how to do the job.
The staff were very nice and professional. It was an easy process, I will come back next year.
I booked my appointment online with the Dellridge branch and it got changed twice without me requesting for it. When called the branch, they explained that they have NO CONTROL over scheduled appointments and that they can be changed anytime. What is the point of booking an appointment if it will be changed twice without me requesting for it? Bad service.
