I visited a week ago to complete my taxes but couldn't finish because I was missing a tax slip. I finally received it in the mail, so I drove over to drop it off, but the receptionist refused to accept it for my file.
Had an incredible experience today at this location. The lady at the reception was very welcoming and informative. Although there was a customer ahead of me who was shouting at this lady, but she handled her bravely and did not let that bother her when she was attending me.
Staff was very unknowledgable I had booked an appointment earlier in the day for 8pm. Staff had no clue of booking and showed very little professionalism. Would not recommend will be calling manager Julie Coleman tomorrow as I left work for the appointment and was treated w no concern
My husband Mike and I recommend Wendy Calnen. She’s very knowledgeable, and gets the job done in good time. She is super good.
