I went to this location after successfully completing my own taxes multiple times in the past. But this current year was more complex, so I opted to see a tax professional. H&R Block Wellington was convenient so I made an appt. A few days later they changed the appt time. Probably should have been my first note of concern. I went at the new time and checked in &waited a half hour before I mentioned no one had come to get me yet. Highly recommend Todd at H & R Block! Todd was amazing—professional, patient, and great to work with. He helped me with my mother’s estate, caught a capital gains issue missed in the original April filing, and has assisted with the refiling. He explained everything clearly and made a stressful process much easier.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I spoke to Tracey at this location and I was telling her my issue I had about a fraud incident that someone filed my taxes for me at Hr Block WHICH the CRA sent me a letter that told me to contact them and she was so rude laughing at what I was saying and not even trying to understand my situation. She said “this has nothing to do with us” REPETITIVELY and cutting me off not even letting me finish my sentences when literally my taxes were filed with them it just wasn’t me someone else stole m... read more

I wouldn’t recommend this branch to my worst enemy! Super unimpressed with my experience.. hadn’t filed my taxes for a couple years so I went in to file them all at once, paid over $1000 to file them on may 30th, the first half was filed right away but the second half took them over a month to file (July 4th) Of course I owed some money and the second half of my taxes that wasn’t filed was what was supposed to be what paid it off but because they weren’t filed in time it resulted in me owing more money and because I was neve... read more
