If I could leave zero stars I would. I dropped my taxes off almost 2 months ago and now I’m being told they won’t be finished until after the end of the month. Took 3 weeks for the first contact to tell me it was ready then I had outstanding cra stuff I had to clear. Then they wouldn’t answer the phone or return my voice mails. Now I go in and they tell me I have to wait to get them done in turn and it won’t be until after the end of the month.
