My 2023 return was never filed by Kristina Fish...once I realize this because I never received my refund I called H&R Block with no response from anyone at the Hellertown office.. The Quakertown H&R Block finally made it right I highly suggest you go there
I filed my tax return one year late with Kristina Fish at HR Block. I was due a tax refund of a couple thousand dollars. I never received it. I followed up and she said “It is going to take longer. Be patient.” Followed up again and was told “The IRS is behind because of Covid”. After waiting over a year and half I contacted the IRS and they said they had no record of my return. As a small business owner myself, I really hate to leave bad reviews, but in this case, I feel I need to. After working with a great accountant for 15 years (who retired), we switched to Kristina Fish a few years ago because she was local.
