The tax preparation went well, but once the funds are transferred, if there are any issues (1) no one will help you, they transfer you to Panama City and the person answering puts you on hold then transfers you to someone who cannot speak English well enough to help; (2) when you call the office back, the person answering says “why are you calling with an attitude?” I have used H&R Block services for many years, but I will not going forward. Once they have your return submitted it’s impossible to get help!
