They are very helpful and know how to fix things correctly so when your IRS notes go missing on their end from the system, they are there to help and support when no one else in the town stands up.

Filed last year taxes here and just found out today that they didn't even submit my return that I was in the office for and they expect me to come pay them to submit this year's and they didn't submit last year's return very unprofessional I'm calling irs tomorrow u can't hold on to people's tax returns and tell them your filing them but don't that's not cool at all
