We were very happy with the H and R tax consultant "Vivian" who did our taxes in Parksville BC!Â
I had a very disappointing experience at the H&R Block Parksville branch. I booked an appointment online for Tuesday, March 11, 2025, on Sunday, March 9, 2025. When I arrived at the branch for my scheduled appointment, the front desk lady immediately greeted me with an unwelcoming attitude. She was rude from the moment I walked in and, despite me clearly stating that I had a confirmed appointment, she told me that because I booked online, she could not guarantee my appointment would take place at the scheduled time. I went in to get my taxes done. Agnes and Beverly who did my taxes got it all done efficiently and went through extra steps to get the most money I possibly could. I am happy with the work Agnes, Beverly and H&R block did for me and I would recommend them.Â
