Ms Frances is always super sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend her . We've come here the last three years and she's helped each time!
They will get the job done, but don't expect smooth sailing. The prepares are there to get paid and that is their priority. If you absolutely don't think you can figure out how to do your own taxes on your own then go here, but you're honestly better off spending your time on Google and turbo tax figuring it out yourself. I received absolutely no help here and the lady mis informed me on the amount I would receive on my tax return (she failed to ask if I am a student).
