I don't understand why the negative reviews. I suppose nobody has anything positive to say about taxes. My experience over several years has been quite positive. I cannot think of anything negative, except that they become extremely busy at 'Tax Time'... So many clients and 5 of them decided to complain? So many other regular clients have nothing to say because they felt that they received good service. Thanks for the years of assistance, and don't bother listening to the 'cranky' few.
I thought that I was pleased with the service I received. They found deductions I didn’t know that I was entitled to. But I just received a letter and check from Quebec saying that I had overpaid taxes and they were refunding me (without interest, of course) 430$…. H&R block Hawkesbury were the ones who had filed my taxes for those years. So they didn’t file them properly.
Worse service I have ever seen, this horrible, rude woman, should not be doing peoples taxes, she is a troublemaker and i would not leave my papers with her. The man is quite nice. She needs to go, I will be calling headoffice to complain about her services and I will also call BBB, and we have already talked to CRA and they will look into it. Really good H&R Block, in Rockland.

Has no clue what they are doing. Extremely unprofessional and to leave our info with them is scary. Don't go here. Edit: I went to Rockland to do my taxes and they had no issues at all compared to here. They did my taxes within 30 minutes, done and I was out the same day. Here in hawkesbury she does them with you not there and asks for papers she does not need and will not do them tell she has them.
